Barbara · 1 year agoHere's the thing, though - among those people of Gen Y who are "wired", most of them are on these sites. So, eventually so many talented people will have something incriminating out there that employers will not be able to use this to eliminate people. The people who do NOT have profiles at all will increasingly be only among the people on the wrong side of the digital divide.
