These are just my personal favourites from people I follow or happen to see tweets from - I've seen a couple of places where you can 'vote up' great tweets, but I don't think you can beat just choosing stuff that makes you smile.

I think there's a lot more that might be done with Twitter favourites - if only I had the patience and time to learn how to work with the Twitter API!

I might try working something in with http://pligg.com, the Open Source 'Digg' clone.
